The Executive Assistant performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature for the Chief Information Officer and the Vice President of Customer Service. Essential Duties: ♦ Provides administrative support to include preparing and screening correspondence, arranging travel schedules, arranging meeting times and locations, scheduling conference calls and composing reports.♦ Answers and screens incoming telephone calls and communicates with customers, vendors and internal personnel via telephone, email and written correspondence to answer inquiries and provide information.♦ Conducts subject research and assembles materials from files and records as necessary to complete special projects and/or report assignments. Creates and edits presentations and agendas.♦ Maintains various operations and sales statistics for reporting. Tracks key operational and strategic action plans for the CIO and VP of Customer Service.♦ Acts as administrative liaison between the executive office and various executives to the employees of the Company, customers and all interested outside parties.♦ Assists with the coordination and organization of annual meetings and Company-sponsored events.♦ Prepares expense reports for the CIO and VP of Customer Service.♦ Maintains the CIO and VP of Customer Service's calendars.♦ Compiles data based on an understanding of strategic and operational programs, policies and procedures.Credentials: An Associate's Degree in business administration and 3-5 years of executive administrative experience is desired. A Bachelor's Degree in business administration and applicable certifications preferred. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Must have strong computer skills - with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong Excel skills are essential to this position. This job requires the ability to use a calculator, create and interpret spreadsheets and operate general office machines.
