Primary Responsibilities
1. Answering office phone when required.
2. Staffing all in-home care cases.
3. Assisting in interview and orientation process of caregivers.
4. Understanding the staffing software.
5. Monitoring daily schedules.

6. Entering new employees into system.

7. Effectively communicate with Scheduler, Executive Director, Community Outreach Coordinator and Agency Owner
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
• Excellent computer skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
