I own a office condo right across Hilton Hotels world head quarter on Audubon Office park. It is fully furnished. It has 2 officces, reception area and a couple of other cubicle space. It has kitchen area with large refrigerator. It has fully furnished board/conference room with LCD display and white board.

There is plenty of storage drawers, shelves etc. The condo has secure access with camera on door to monitor the access to property.
I want to share this office. I hardly have traffic in the office. You have option of choosing one of the two rooms and we can discuss the rent and terms of agreement as such.
