Younger Associates is a growing market research and communiations firm and with headquarters in Jackson TN and a branch office in Memphis. We currently are looking to fill the position of Web/IT Solutions Developer and are seeking highly a qualified candidate. Salaries for all positions depend on experience and qualifications.

The Web/IT Solutions Developer position is a dynamic job that works with the graphic design team and marketing services managers to create custom web sites. This position also builds custom web-based market research tools.
Necessary skills:
Web Design:
- Strong HTML layout skills (Illustrator -> HTML)
- A thorough understanding of SEO - Proficiency in Jquery
- Proficiency with Dreamweaver, and Adobe CS5+
- Experience with a CMS such as joomla or drupal
- Efficiently manage projects through the use of both internal and outside development resources
- Ongoing research of emerging internet technologies, content management systems, mobile development and various asset management platforms
- PHP/MySQL:
- Relational database design
- User permissions setup using PHPmyAdmin
- Database connectivity using PHP
- Working knowledge of SQL (Select, Update, Insert, Delete, Join)
- Session handling (Session, Cookie)
- Script security (SQL Injection, Authentication)


Server Admin:
- Experience with Linux and Apache
- Understanding of domains & DNS
- Database permissions / ftp file permissions
