The business school at the University of Florida is recruiting participants for a study on employee interactions with coworkers who are new to the company. If you work full time (30+ hours/week) you can earn $15 for completing two short on-line surveys (about 20 minutes each). Two of your coworkers, and your supervisor, will also be asked to complete surveys (about 15 minutes each). They will earn $5 each for their participation.
