Suddenly, without warning the electrical company that owns the lot on which my rental cottage of past eleven years wants to take it back. We tried to make them offer to buy the cottage, but they reneged even though I qualified via THDA to buy up to $60,000 of house by a mortgage company nearby. They will not tell us WHY.
SO in order top avoid becoming HOMELESS and lose everything a single Media Professional would have, I need to QUICKLY find a place to live/storage/new revenue by May 22, 2012.
