Job Requirements:
• Must be able to work in a high volume call center environment
• Able to type 45wpm
• Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries
Preferred Experience:
• AVIA Software
• Interview Supervisor Software
• Experience in a healthcare insurance environment

Experience with Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, & Outlook
