I am a mature, ex-professional musician
who has gigged 25 fulltime years on bass, keys, mandolin, guitar and vocals-would like to play more guitar

I would like to find a BAND that rehearses and gets their stuff tight before playing for others

though I am no where near being that good
Since guitar is only one of the things that I can play,
I have never had the chance to see where my talents would allow me to take it and would like that opportunity

Can play RnB, Funk, Pop, some Blues and Rock, British Invasion, lots of 60-70's stuff, a little jazz but not really pigeonholed in any of that stuff.
James Brown, Temptations, Berlin, Beatles, Edgar Winter, Young Rascals, Night In Tunisia, Wave, Spain, some Latin and much more is all cool with me
Looking for something tasteful with room to grow and expand horizons
Not wanting to play in a typical bar band playing Southern Rock, Hard Rock or Country bar "hits")

I am used to gigging, but that is not the main reason for this post
Just want to find some people to create and groove with musically
The gigs always come naturally when you have something special brewing
