Full and Part Time Opportunities Available
Responsible for initial set up, preparation, stocking, and cleanup of the Build to Taste line area. Responsible for line service in conjunction with Management including, but not limited to, welcoming genuine smiles, outstanding customer service, food preparation to standards, communication with grill area, portioning to standards, learning guest names, and maintaining a clean area.


1. Maintain complete knowledge of:
a. All menu selections available.
b. Hours of operation, price ranges, and dress code.
c. POS clock-in/out procedures.
d. Product portioning standards.
e. Daily product use expectations.
f. Team Member handbook.
2. Assist in daily teamwork activities such as preparation and cleaning.
3. Ensure proper par levels in the line area.
4. Be present and engaging during the ordering process. Assist
management and guests as needed, greet guests by name when
5. Assist in cost control and waste prevention by listening to guest needs and using proper portions.
6. Be aware of the schedule. Ensure attendance on scheduled shifts.
7. Participate in pre-shift meetings to ensure a successful shift.
8. Assist in any special tasks that may be needed.
9. Inspect all aspects of the line area ensuring compliance with
standards of cleanliness and order. Rectify any deficiencies.
10. Communicate all incidents of guest dissatisfaction to a manager.
11. Monitor guest reactions and confer frequently with the manager on duty to ensure guest satisfaction.
12. Foster and promote a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and team member morale.

1. Minimum 18 years of age.
2. Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and coworkers to their understanding.
3. Ability to provide legible communication.
4. Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
5. Familiarity with food cost control.
6. A valid driver’s license.


1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in food service, preferably front- and back-of-house.
3. Ability to communicate in a language other than English, preferable Spanish.
4. Certification of previous training in food service.
5. Certification in CPR.
6. Computer training, preferably in Excel, Microsoft Word and/or POS.
7. Previous guest relations training.
8. Food handling certificate.

1. Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments and follow-up as necessary to receive desired result.
2. Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
3. Ability to focus attention on details.
4. Ability to suggestively sell menu items.
5. Ability to input and access information into POS system.
6. Ability to interact positively with problem guests.
7. Ability to exert physical effort in transporting equipment and wares.
8. Ability to endure abundant physical movements in carrying out job duties.
9. Ability to ensure security and confidentiality of guest and company information.
10. Ability to work without direct supervision.
11. Ability to ascend and descend stairs.
12. Ability to life 25 lbs.
