Diet Center Weight Control Centers is now hiring Center Managers for our new Memphis Centers! We are expanding rapidly and have advancement opportunities for candidates with sales and customer service experience.

As a member of the Diet Center team, you will utilize your professional knowledge to guide, encourage and support our clients through the weight reduction process and to be caring, understanding and diligent in monitoring client progress.

As a member of our counseling and sales team, you will play a very important role in our clients' successful weight loss by providing individualized nutritional plans and one-on-one counseling. The Center Manager:
• Trains and retains a professional, competent, efficient team that supports the success of our valued clientele.

• Display solid sales ability, are customer service oriented, energetic and enthusiastic, persuasive, skilled at building relationships, responsible and caring.

Location / Schedule:
Positions are available in the Memphis Metro Ares.

Hours of Operation and needed availability:
9:00a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and Friday 9:00a.m. to 2:00p.m--No weekends. Must be available to work during all hours of operation as required. Managers are responsible for closing the centers nightly.

Compensation:
At Diet Center, you'll be joining a team dedicated to delivering the best possible weight loss program to our clients, through safe, supportive practices. We offer a competitive compensation package, paid training, incentives and bonuses. This position offers base pay plus commission and there are no ceilings on commissions.
Do you have what it takes?
• Minimum of 5 years sales and customer service experience.
• Successful track record of driving sales. .
• Minimum 3 years management experience.
• Phone experience mandatory.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Candidates must also complete a two-week training class and pass a written examination on the Diet Center program.
• Must present a professional and healthy image reflecting the Diet Center brand. We are a weight management company.
• Ability to set goals and achieve them.
• Enthusiastic attitude and passion for health and nutrition a must!
• Candidates must possess friendly and outgoing personality and enjoy working with people.
• Must be able to multi-task with accuracy, have a friendly demeanor & be a team player.
• Must demonstrate strong organizational abilities.
