UAM has expanded to include offices and assets on six continents and transformed warehouse and UAM aircraft facilities to over five times their size, while implementing new technologies in every division and role throughout the company. In March of 2017, UAM was acquired by ARI, a Hong Kong company, focused on commercial aircraft leasing and asset management.

The Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Vice President and is expected to be a visible, engaged leader, highly focused on developing the brand and total market capture of UAM. The Marketing Managers primary objective is to engage with the Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams to develop and implement strategies focused on growth of each unit. The Marketing Manager will maintain responsibility for distribution of marketing materials, participation at major events and tradeshows, engagement with media and development of innovative ways to improve the UAM brand. This is achieved through the development of robust plans, strategies, KPI initiatives and with the implementation of project management best practices, timely reporting, budget implementation and management, and overall department oversight.
As a visible model of leadership, managerial excellence, and integrity, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the following duties:
Responsibility for the development, distribution, and impact of all marketing materials designed for growth of the Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams;
Engagement with major publications and media outlets to promote UAM for awards, updates on company accomplishments, and advertising of key events;
Work with the UAM Technology teams to develop a digital marketing strategy and platform including use of AR and VR technologies;
Oversee UAMs presence at tradeshows to include planning meetings and trade shows functions by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
Working with ARI colleagues to develop global marketing initiatives highlighting the capabilities of both companies;
Work with the leadership and sales team to develop promotional video content.
Create and manage Press Kits/marketing material for all UAM Leadership projects
Arranges proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports
Create and manage content on all UAM Social Media platforms
Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Ensure and marketing related purchase decisions are made with the right intention of achieving budget forecast and maximizing the return of the materials purchased;
Achieve and meet all timelines and deadlines;
Travel including internationally when required to oversee marketing efforts at major UAM events, tradeshows, and conferences;
To always act as a team member supporting not only other members of the UAM business but to support all other colleagues to achieve their goals;
Create and drive a culture of excellence, where teamwork and active problem solving result in continuous, proactive improveme
